<p>accounts do not recognize any outstanding revenue collected by KPLC from completed schemes of Rural Electrification programme due to the fund;any outstanding 5% levy with KPLC due to the fund; the outstanding refund by the fund of Expenditure incureed incurred by the KPLC on behalf of the fund totalling K Euros 22,230,9131031 and any Capital contribution to the Rural ELecrification programme by both Government and company over the years. The fund accounts as presented are therefore, inadequate and do not meet the requirement of the enabling legislation.</p>
