Defines Ministerial responsibility as well as Treasury duties and powers. Outlines regulations for the operation of the Exchequer account.

Kenya Ministerial Code of Conduct
Sets out the principles of Ministerial conduct including collective responsibility. Explains the role of accounting officers within Ministries.

Kenya Prevention of Corruption Act, 1956 - Repealed
Defines Corruption in office including corrupt transactions with agents. Establishes penalties as well as recovery procedures. Sets up the Anti-Corruption Squad.

Kenya Proposed Constitution - Rejected at Referendum 27.11.2005
Defines sovereignty of the people, the Bill of Rights, the electoral process as well as regulates the legislature, executive and judiciary.

Kenya Public Officer Ethics Act - Wealth Declaration Regulations February 2006
Defines who constitute authorised officers and declaration of wealth.

Outlines performance of duties, professionalism codes as well as outlining incidences of Conflict of interest.

Kenya Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2005
Sets up Public Procurement Oversight Authority and outlines functions as well as terms and conditions for the Director General.

South Africa Protected Disclosures Act 2000
Makes provision for procedures in terms of which employees in both the private and the public sector may disclose information regarding unlawful or irregular conduct in their organizations.

UK Public Interest Disclosure Act, 1998
Defines categories of disclosure pf information. Protects against unfair dismissal and provides for compensation. Defines individuals who fall under non-disclosure terms.

UN Convention Against Corruption
Defines the offenses of bribery as well as embezzlement by public officials. Outlines preventative measures including procurement processes.

US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act - Notes
Gives the US Department of Justice responsibility for all criminal and civil enforcement. Defines permissible payments and defines payments that fall into the category of bribery.

Zambia Anti Corruption Commission Act
Establishment of Zambia’s ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION its composition, mandate and tenure
